Designing the clubhouse at The Fields for the holiday season was an absolute joy—and a true opportunity to showcase the heart of what we do as holiday designers. Our goal was to go beyond festive; we set out to create a custom, luxury holiday experience that would serve as a stunning backdrop for Christmas photos, elevate every community gathering, and bring a sense of magic to the space.
This Dallas Christmas design project was all about intention. We wanted every detail to feel thoughtful and immersive, resulting in a design that not only felt elevated but inviting. Whether guests were snapping holiday photos or simply passing through, our hope was that they’d feel surrounded by warmth, elegance, and just the right touch of sparkle.
To bring this vision to life, we curated a sophisticated yet understated palette that worked in harmony with the modern clubhouse design. Deep navy, rich green, warm copper, and earthy brown tones anchored the display, while layers of lush green and flocked Christmas trees added dimension and texture. Oversized golden deer figures brought in a timeless holiday charm, perfect for creating those “wow” moments.
While this central display captured attention, the holiday spirit flowed throughout the clubhouse in subtle, intentional ways. Festive floral arrangements brought warmth to tables and bookshelves, while large lighted installations kept the space bright, welcoming, and full of holiday magic. Outside, elegant greenery and sconce embellishments added a refined, seasonal charm—creating a visually cohesive experience that felt elevated without being overwhelming.
