Judged by the Vickerman Design and Marketing Team, we were honored to be chosen as 1 of 5 winners nationally.
To win Second Place in a contest that had such a broad reach of entries was such an exciting way to finish off our 2016 Christmas Interior Decorating season in Dallas. We look forward to designing more projects this coming Christmas to enter into this contest again.

RealPage is designed with clean lines and pops of turquoise and orange to accentuate many key areas. Throughout the project entry photos below, you will see how our professional Christmas interior design complimented the unique architecture and colors of the space.
Bringing in turquoises, silvers, platinums, and whites, the stair step area with white trees welcomes guests and employees the second they walk in the building. The lines of the curved reception desk are traced by the custom white box stands that hug the turn of the stairs.
A large 15′ tree stands tall to the right of the main entry stairwell. This statement tree, which is flocked and full of the signature colors of the space, is memorable for guests and employees as it graces the front entry area and is visible from a snack lounge and downstairs training areas.
** Placement and angles are everything! We design with this in mind- when a client invests in our product and professional Christmas decor installation, we want the project to have maximum impact!
Speaking of maximum impact, how about covering every inch of glass railings in the 4 levels of a contemporary office building with 56+ garlands! It as quite a large undertaking of design and installation, but we pulled it off and loved the results. There was not a corner of the main office that was untouched by Christmas decor.
Three additional floors to the main floor were completely outlined by these fully decorated garlands that you have a closer view of in the photo above.
How perfect that our photography day was also scheduled right before the company holiday party? The potted white tree groupings on each level of the double-helix stairwell served as the perfect backdrop for wine station and musicians.
The cafe was not forgotten. We livened up the space for the holidays with modern deer arrangements bursting with ornaments, pops of turquoise, and flocked cedar.
These lit urns were a favorite limited-time decor object that we loved to use this year. They were such a statement and great starting place to build lit arrangements out of.
A custom installment of lit branches, cedar, and pine cones. We had these rolling white tables built to seamlessly fit into the clean-lined decor of the entryway and spice up two blank walls on either side of the door.
Another seating area graves with lush, green Christmas trees that are covered in gold and platinum. If you look closely, you’ll see two of the four sweet deer that hung around by these trees for the month.

Thank you to RealPage for the opportunity to Deck the Halls of your beautiful space and to Vickermans for the honorable award!
